We work throughout the Chicagoland Area, servicing 7 counties including Cook, McHenry, Lake, Will, Kane, Dupage, and Kendall county.

We have hub locations in Oakbrook, Chicago, Naperville, Orland Park, Skokie, Deerfield, Palatine, and Elgin

Must be able to get to location!

Must be available 24/7, including holidays and weekends, to work storms

Rolling Meadows/Palatine, IL • Full-time • $14-$16 per hour (depending on experience & production)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with staff members.
• Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner.
• Communicate any concerns of any property serviced by Tricon Group Inc. to the immediate supervisor.
• Prepare job related documentation.
• Serve as a role-model by following all policies and procedures.
• Present an appearance appropriate to the image of Tricon Group Inc.
• Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building & exteriors, parking lots, and other property buildings/grounds.
• Remove trash from properties on a scheduled basis.
• Assist Supervisor and/or perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
• Additional tasks or duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (no exceptions).
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, including some weekends.

Tricon Group is hiring a Street Sweeper. This is a full time position with a minimum of 40 hours/week. Shifts are usually over night, 9PM- 6AM. Duties include power sweeping curbs, changing garbage cans, and picking up garbage.

• Power Sweeping Curbs
• Clearing trash, debris, and contaminants from streets and curbs.
• Changing out garbage cans
• Filling the street sweeper’s water tanks and operating rotary brushes and water spray controls.
• Securely fastening vehicle attachments such as brush hogs and hydraulic hoses.
• Maintaining street sweeper vehicles and equipment by performing standard checks.
• Reporting any incidents or mechanical failures to management.
• Adhering to traffic safety regulations by using appropriate signaling and signage.
• Maintaining accurate street sweeper logs.

Driver compensation is dependent on experience and CDL class- Between $18 and $23 Hourly.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Elgin Street Sweeper Vehicles
• CDL License required Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Availability on Nights and some weekends

Position Overview:

Tricon’s sales department focuses on sales of Professional Facility Services and Snow and Ice Management for Commercial, Retail, and Industrial projects. We have a rigorous training process to put you in the best position to succeed. To successfully complete the role of Salesperson at Tricon, he/she should:

• A willingness to learn
• Follow the guidelines for lead to sale process as outlines in the Salesman Administrative Process
• Which includes scheduling revisits and receiving new appointments
• Follow the 10 Step selling process
• Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales goals as determined by the Sales Manager
• Attend bi-weekly Sales Meetings held on Tuesday’s at 9:30 am
• Work your required 1 weekly in office cold calling day
• Remain actively involved in job management through our CRM installation or follow up service issues

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to take initiative, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential
• High energy position, must be able to multi-task, be a self-starter and re-prioritize tasks involved in completing daily workload

Preferred Qualifications:
